I am honored to have received the Best Presenter Award at the 10th International Conference on Low Carbon Asia for my research titled "Socioeconomic Impacts from Shifting to Sustainable Food Consumption Towards Indonesia's Net Zero Emission."

This study was driven by the global concern over the projected rise in food demand, particularly from developing countries. While Indonesia's Net Zero Emission (NZE) vision has primarily focused on sustainable agricultural practices from the producer's side, the impact of consumer behavior on food consumption remains largely unexplored.

By integrating biophysical and socioeconomic assessments, this research highlights the dual benefits of adopting a sustainable and healthy diet—not only for the environment but also for public health. Recognizing that sustainable and healthy food consumption is a broad and complex subject, further analysis of food sources and key supporting policies is crucial.

This recognition motivates me to continue studying Indonesia’s food consumption patterns, contributing to the nation’s journey toward achieving its Net Zero Emission goals.
