Environmental Exposure and Effect Research Section
Outline of Research
The Environmental Exposure and Effect Research Section develops methods for understanding and predicting environmental exposure to and effects of chemical substances.
To this end, we conduct research on environmental analysis of chemicals and air particles, total toxicity assessments by bioassays, and process and property evaluation for new environmental contaminants.
Our research is driven by urgent social issues as well as medium- to long-term needs.
