Brief Description of Research: We are developing/improving the model NICAM-Chem, which can calculate air pollutants at high resolution (e.g., Goto et al., 2015, 2020, 2024). The model can calculate the distributions of air pollutants on global to regional scales. It can also be used as a regional model by using the stretch or diamond grid method. Now, the global model can be integrated over a 10-year period on a global 14 km grid.
