Micramphoraeopsis

Micramphoraeopsis Sudzuki, 1979 (ref. ID; 3057 original paper)

[ref. ID; 3057]
This genus is characterized by showing a hat-shaped contour. Readily distinguishable from the related genus Micramphora Valkanov, 1970, by lacking the so-called neck, from another allied genus Psammonobiotus Golemansky, 1968, by having a terminal aperture. Pseudopods filiform without reticulo-granulation. Pseudostome 1 in number. Aperture terminal. Test usually without foreign particles. If present, always without quartz. No regular big scales as family Euglyphidae. Pseudostome elongation not funnel-shaped. Neck wanting. (ref. ID; 3057)

[ref. ID; 5852]
Test hat-shaped, fundamentally with irregular big scales but partly covered with foreign particles. Neck region not distinguishable. Diameter of pseudostome elongation/diameter of test >1. (ref. ID; 5852)
