Body basin or cup-shape with the posterior drawn out into a supporting column which is directly attached to gammarid crustaceans. Unbranched club-like arms project from around the perimeter of the body and these bear short terminal capitate tentacles. The macronucleus is rounded. Found in Lake Baikal. Most easily confused with Baikalodendron and Baikalophrya.
