Study of the stomatogenetic process in the peritrich ciliate Opisthonecta henneguyi (Faure-Fremiet, 1906) with the use of the Fernandez-Galiano's silver impregnation method. During this process, the new oral infraciliation originates from the germinal kinety and the haplokinety of the old mouth. In the other hand, three fibrillar systems were observed in the kinetic aboral band. Two of them (the posterior and the oblique fibres) disappear at the end of the bipartition process whereas the anterior fibrillar system subsists.
