In this note a study on Nebela carinata (Archer.) Leidy (Order Thecameboidea) is explaned. The examinated materials consist in Sphagnum moos from hochmoores recolted in Besse-en-Chandesse, near Clermont-Ferrand (France), at 1200 m of altitude. Several aspects on citology and many ecological considerations are exposed.
