Rostrum imperfect. Corona cannot be retracted within mouth. No ciliary wreaths but only with cilia distributed on corona. Unable to swim. Foot stout. Spurs absent and replaced by a row of papilliform lobes. (ref. ID; 1663)

The body is short, vermiform, stout and rounded. The head is not dilated. On the posterior border of the penultimate foot segment are two spurs or a fairly larger number of papillae very similar to the spurs. D.f.: 2/2. (ref. ID; 3137)
