Definition

Buccal cavity barrel shaped, dorsal tooth in anterior third of cavity, apex directed anteriorly. Denticles arranged in two groups; anterior group in transverse rows, posterior group irregularly arranged. Esophagointestinal junction nontuberculate. Female didelphic, ovaries reflexed. Tails short, conoid arcuate or broadly rounded. Caudal glands and terimnal duct present or absent. Males described for most species. (ref. ID; 5938)
