NOTE: The LOC will start processing paperwork on an invitation letter and visa application support AFTER we have closed the registration for visa application support on 18 March. In that process the LOC will contact you and ask further personal information.
We might collect a small fee to cover meals and refreshments, depending on sponsors’ support and the number of attendees.
