The team of GOSAT Series (Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite Series) cordially invites you to attend the 21st International Workshop on Greenhouse Gas Measurements from Space (IWGGMS-21) to be held on 9-12 June 2025 in Takamatsu, a beautiful town facing the Seto Inland Sea, Japan.
The goal of the workshop is to review the state of the art in space-based remote sensing of carbon dioxide, methane, and other greenhouse gases and related products, including:
1) Status and results from current missions
2) Status and plans of future missions
3) Retrieval algorithms, priors, and products
4) Calibration and validation
5) Global to regional flux estimates and validation
6) Urban/local/facility scale emissions – quantification and validation
7) Multi-species observations/modeling and GHG-AQ synergy
8) Stakeholder needs and engagement

The primary format of IWGGMS-21 is in-person. Online attendance and online oral presentation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Poster sessions will be in-person only.
