All slide operations will be handled by the IWGGMS-21 LOC. Oral presenters are requested to create presentation slides to fit within the allocated time and upload the slides to the designated server.
The server information will be provided to each presenter soon later.
File name: Session-specific ID_Lastname (e.g., 8.04_Tanimoto)
File format: Power Point (*.ppt; *.pptx) or PDF (*.pdf)
Layout: 16:9 landscape layout is encouraged
Allocated time for each talk:
Session 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7: 15 min (e.g. 12 + Q&A 3 min)
Session 4, 6, and 8: 12 min (e.g. 10 + Q&A 2 min)

We strongly encourage you to record your presentation in advance as a movie file (.mp4 preferred), and stand by for Q&A.
Sessions 4, 6, 7, and 8 will have panel discussions after the oral presentations, moderated by session chairs.
Poster sessions will be held at “Sunport Hall Takamatsu, Small Hall 1 (Sunport Takamatsu 4F)” in the early afternoon through Day 1 to 3, with all posters on display throughout the entire week. Each session has an attendance time (the actual time the author is expected to be by their poster for presentation).
*It is prohibited to take photos of any scientific material without the explicit permission from the authors.
The number of each poster abstract and of its corresponding poster board is provided in the session program. Poster boards are in a portrait format, and can accommodate an A0 size poster. It is the authors’ responsibility to put up or take down their posters.
The poster area will be open around 13:00 on Monday 9 June.
