
The 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP28) and the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP18) were taken place from 30 November to 12 December(*), 2023 in Expo City Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) (*extended and closed on 13 December).
