- Bioacumulation test: 50 ml glass tube (approximately 50 g wet sediment (moisture content, ~40%) + 15 worms: 5, 10, 26, and 38 days), 3 replications.
- Assimilation efficiency: 15 ml of [3H]BaP-labeled sediment for 40 min (< /_ gut passage time).
- Elimination test: 60 worms (contaminated sediment 7 days, artificial pond water 9 hr, clean sediment).
- Biotransformation test: 24 worms (contaminated sediment 6, 17, 24, and 38 days).
