A method for culturing 19 species of Bdelloid Rotifers is described. The most suitable food bdelloids are bacteria and yeast. Algae do not seem to be an adequate food. Some specificity, in terms of different growths on different diets, can be observed. Food concentration is very important when determining growth capacity of a species.
