Limnodrilus bulbiphallus n. sp. (Oligochaeta, Tubificidae) is described from the Belize River, British Honduras C.A. The worm appears to be limited in its distribution to the Belize River and its tributaries. Taxonomically, it is distinguishable from other species in the genus by a unique bulge found on the penis sheath.
