A scanning electron microscopic observation on five species of Centroheliozoa which are common in Moscow marine aquarium systems is performed. Determination of their geographical origin is very difficult. Raphidiophrys marina, Acanthocystis wiasemskii and Choanocystis pelagica were never studied by electron microscope; the emended diagnoses for these species are suggested.
