Specimens belonging to two new species of the genus Paralogidorus Siddiqi et al., 1963 were collected during the investigation on nematodes associated with cereals in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. The specimen for the present study were relaxed in hot water, fixed in f.a. 4:10, processed through lactophenol and family mounted in dehydrated glycerine.
