In this note are studied some lichen and moss inhabiting Thecamoebae in materials from Ibiza (Balearic Is.). In the whole thecamoebian population is not very diverse and three families are present only (Centropyxidae, Euglyphidae and Gromiidae), with predominance of xerophile and eurytopic species. Dominant genera are Centropyxis and Euglypha.
