National Institute for Environmental Studies(NIES) will hold "NIES Open Seminar : Commemorative Lectures by 2004 Blue Planet Prize Winners" on November 12(Friday), 2004.at Ohyama Hall in NIES, Tsukuba.

We invite Dr. Susan Solomon (U.S.A.) and Dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland for the lecturers of the seminar. They are the 2004 Blue Planet Prize Winners.
