5th International Forum on Sustainable Future in Asia

January 21 – 22, 2020, at Novotel Yangon Max Hotel, Myanmar

With the adoption of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement, the world is shifting increasingly toward building a sustainable society. Sustainable development in Asia is indispensable to achieving the SDGs and goals of the Paris Agreement.

This year’s Forum focused on three key issues in Asia – (1) Current Environmental Issues, Health Problems, and Research Challenges in Asian Countries: Toward Ensuring Healthy Lives and Well-being for Generations to Come, (2) Beyond Win-Win: Synergetic Strategies for Sustainable Development Goals on Combating Climate Change and Protecting Healthy Ecosystems, (3) Integrative Approach for Strategic Design toward Sustainable Development Goals in Asia.
