Test design/concentrations
Dishes (8 cm diameter) (raising solution: NaCl 0.1g, KCl 0.004g, CaCl2 0.006g on 1 liter of redestilled water + one kernel of raw rice), darkness. Temperature 22-23 degrees C.
The concentrations were: for phenol 10, 20, 100, 200, 300 and 400 mg/l, while for the other compounds 0.02, 0.2 and 2% (v/v)
