Notes

The author enumerates in this paper the Bdelloidea species living in the 103 moss samples collected in mountains Jeseniky. There are constituted 70 Bdelloidea species. From these one species Pleuretra sulcata Bartos, described newly in Hydrobiologia from Switzerland, is new for Czechoslowakian fauna. From other species are interesting: Habrotrocha ampulla Murray known up this time only from Central and South America. In Czechoslowakia collected by author also in undermountains of Sumava, Blansky les, and Boubin (South Bohemia). Dissotrocha scutellata Bartos described in this time from High Tatra has in Jeseniky its second locality. Macrotrachela zickendrahti Richters, which is rarely recorded in faunal lists of Bdelloidea from other countries, is in Jeseniky mountains very distributed. We collected in 17 moss samples. This species is very variable in development of the trunk appendages. It is to see from adnext figures 1-4. In the Sphagnum samples are found several species of Monogononta.
