Definition

Buccal cavity goblet shaped, about twice as long as wide, dorsal tooth large, anterior, with apex directed forward. Denticles in two arrangements; longitudinal denticles in two rows, each along a rib, transverse denticles in two groups of from two to six rows of denticles arranged regularly at the level of the dorsal tooth. Esophagointestinal junction nontuberculate. Female monodelphic, ovary anterior to vulva and reflexed. Tails conoid arcuate or elongate; without caudal glands and terminal duct. Males present. (ref.
